RN - Clinical Education Specialist

The Clinical Education Specialist is a Registered Nurse responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluation clinical and heal-related education for staff and individuals across Pathfinder Village programs. The role ensures high quality training in medical best practices, medical documentation, telehealth procedures, Plans of Nursing Services (PONS), medication administration, health and safety protocols, and durable medical equipment. Thee RN also provides clinical oversight and support to Pathfinder School, Camp Pathfinder, and Otsego Academy.

Required Qualifications

Valid NYS Driver's license with no restrictions
Education: Preferred: Bachelor's in nursing, required: Associate's in nursing
Preferred: 1 year experience working with people with intellectual disabilities
Experience in providing staff education is preferred
Current NYS RN license

The annual salary rate of pay starts at $80,000 and is commensurate with experience.
