Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory oversight and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Oversee HR compliance, including staff credentialing, training, and performance evaluations

• Coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of care and services

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of compliance initiatives

• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures

• Provide training and support to staff on compliance policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Regulatory Compliance Nurse or in a related field

• Strong understanding of healthcare and DDD regulations

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
