RN - Compliance Specialist

Position Summary:
Posted Salary Range: USD $95,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr. Wage Commensuration: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities:

• The RN Compliance Specialist will assist in coordinating compliance audits, claim denial/appeal response, quality monitoring, education development, recognition initiatives and other compliance related outreach activities.
• Will develop compliance policies, serves as a resource for client skilled nursing entities and collaborate with client staff/external entities in compliance related activities.
• Performs other appropriate functions as may be requested.

Qualifications & Requirements:
