Job Title: Nurse Consultant

Reports To: Administrator

Summary of Responsibilities: To conduct a documented medication review of every resident in The Neighborhoods at least quarterly. To review charting procedures and accuracy of medical records.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To coordinate, review, and sign all resident assessments

2. To review each resident’s medical records at least quarterly.

3. To recommend any changes in record keeping.

4. To review the charting procedures and make recommendations.

5. To verify all medications, charting, and physician orders.

6. Electronic medical records - Data Entry (computer skills required)

7. To serve as a resource person for The Neighborhoods.

8. Required attendance of all Quality 1st Assurance Meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

A state licensed RN.

An understanding of the rules and regulations as defined by the State of Oklahoma Assisted Living Act.
