RN Field Case Manager - Full Field

Professional Rehabilitative Options, Inc. has a rare opportunity for a Field Case Manager in the highly desirable northwest Atlanta, Georgia regional area. As you will serve as a healthcare consultant responsible for the oversight of treatment plans for injured workers, you will work closely with adjusters to provide case updates and progress reports. Our Field Case Managers work remotely from their home office, set their own appointment schedules, and provide no direct patient care. Local/regional travel is required to attend appointments in the provider setting; no home or off-site patient visits. PRO Field Case Managers enjoy a competitive base salary complemented by a robust, uncapped bonus program, along with monthly expense stipends and reimbursements.

Qualified candidates will hold a current RN license and Case Management Certification (CCM), reside in the northwest Atlanta, Georgia regional area (Carrollton/Marietta/Rome/Douglasville, or other localities within the region northwest of Atlanta), and will have recent RN experience in one of the following settings:

· hospital med/surg or case management,

· home health,

· hospice care,

· occupational health.

Candidates with Worker's Comp case management experience are preferred, however otherwise qualified candidates will be considered for our training program.
