RN Home Health Nurse PRN

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality consultancy to our newly acquire home health license in Pasco and Pinellas counties. The ideal candidate will have experience in various home health settings, including clinical skills, OASIS, assessments and compliance.

Duties

• Act as Alternate Director of Nursing in response to accreditation agency and AHCA
• Experience in ALORA Health EMR software or similar - preferred
• Understand all compliance for home health licensing for AHCA/CHAP guidelines - preferred
• Willing to perform RN evaluations in patients home - preferred
• Understand OASIS billing practices - preferred
• Assist in marketing and lead generation for new patients - preferred
• Access to case managers in Pasco and Pinellas

Experience

• Current RN license in the state of practice; 2 years experience in home health or travel nursing is preferred.
• Proficiency in performing vital sign assessments and other clinical skills relevant to home health care.
• ALORA health or similar software usage
• OASIS exposure
• Ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload in various home environments.
• Excellent communication and accessible

PRN position and can accommodate flexibility. Will serve as alternate director of nursing.

Payroll is bi-weekly W2.
