Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Chandler, AZ
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Schedule: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week (12x3)
Pay Range: $57 to $63 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week night shift contract assignment in Chandler, AZ. The ICU RN will provide critical care to acutely ill patients, closely monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor vital signs, hemodynamic status, and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications, IV drips, blood products, and other treatments as prescribed
• Operate and monitor life-support equipment including ventilators
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code situations
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact state license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and multitasking skills
• Experience with ventilators, vasoactive drips, and critical care monitoring
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
