The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Assistant Clinic Director to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role blends hands-on clinical expertise with operational leadership, making it ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in both patient care and performance-driven environments.

As Assistant Clinic Director, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations while personally delivering IV and IM therapies with the highest standards of safety and care. Beyond clinical responsibilities, you will support sales growth initiatives, oversee inventory and supply management, and uphold operational excellence across all touchpoints.

You will be instrumental in cultivating a polished, five-star guest experience—ensuring every client feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in their treatment from arrival through departure.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, client service, and driving results in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor IV infusions and IM nutrient injections in a relaxing, spa-style setting

• Educate and consult clients on therapies, benefits, and wellness goals

• Support clinic operations: customer service, client scheduling, and EMR documentation

• Help maintain a serene, high-end environment that prioritizes client comfort and safety

• Ensure compliance with medical protocols

• Assist in inventory, product orders, and marketing

• Step in for the Clinic Director as needed

Qualifications

• Licensed RN

• Strong IV placement and vascular access skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of infusion experience

• 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

• BLS/CPR certified (or willing to obtain)

• Polished communication, grace under pressure, and a customer-first mindset

• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a med-spa atmosphere

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time or Part-time

• Flexible weekday shifts, with every other weekend requirement

• Hourly pay: $30 + tips/commission, health benefits, service allowance, and PTO
