Compensation: Per Visit, 75% of what insurance pays.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide in-home lactation consultations for new parents in Northern VA

Assess and support breastfeeding challenges, including latch, supply, positioning, and pumping

Educate families on infant feeding best practices

Document consultations and maintain professional communication with the practice

Help grow the practice by maintaining excellent client relationships and engaging with referrals

Requirements:

✔ IBCLC Certification (Required)
✔ Experience providing in-person lactation support
✔ Ability to travel for home visits in NoVA(Reliable transportation preferred)
✔ Independent & self-motivated – Must be comfortable working without direct supervision
✔ Passion for maternal and infant care and interest in long-term growth with the practice
