RN Lead Infusion Specialist/Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic RN or Paramedic who has a passion for self-care. This position is a split function between providing medical room therapies offered while managing a team to focus on the client experience while driving new memberships and revenue opportunities. The compensation for this position is 1099 with commission opportunities as well.

Duties

• Develop a great understanding of all the modalities offered along with their benefits.
• Provide clients with the medical room therapies as scheduled. (IVs/Injections)
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Provide training and support to the sales team, enhancing their skills in customer service and phone etiquette.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Utilize retail math to forecast sales performance and set achievable targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using relevant software tools.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience

• Strong IV skills are a must. 3-5 years experience required.
• Track record in a leadership role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with sales software and tools for tracking performance metrics.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
