RN/ LPN Nurse Manager

Latta Road West Nursing Home is 40 bed skilled nursing facility located in Greece, NY. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager. You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of assigned residents.

Full Time, Monday-Friday with weekends and off shifts, as needed. On - Call rotation We will work with your schedule! Come join our team if you enjoy the fast paced and friendly work environment!

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to residents
• Establish resident treatment plans and care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
• Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate resident medical records
• provide emotional support to residents and their family members
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on your assigned unit
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
