Shift: Per Diem, 12-hr. Day Shift (7a-7p)

Come join our team as a Per-Diem Weekend Nurse Supervisor (Every Other Weekend)!

Compensation: $39-$41 for LPN licensure/ $45-$50 for RN licensure

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
• Manage clinical operations and mentor staff
• Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude

What You Bring:

• MUST HAVE: Valid/ Active NJ RN/ LPN license
• MUST HAVE: LTC Experience and previous supervisory experience
• A team player, coach, and calm problem-solver
• Point Click Care experience
• Computer savvy
