Registered Nurse (RN) – Supervisor
Location: Owen, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | 8-Hour Shift

Job Description:
We are seeking a strong and experienced RN Supervisor to oversee and support clinical operations during NOC shift hours. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing staff, maintaining patient care standards, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing and support staff during assigned shift
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to care plans
• Respond to clinical situations and emergencies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Support facility procedures, policies, and standards

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (State of WI or compact accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience
• Previous supervisory/charge nurse experience required
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
