Schedule: Full-Time | Field-Based | Every Other Week 4x10s (3-Day Weekends)

Support injured workers while enjoying strong training, leadership support, and peer collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate care between injured workers, employers, and providers
• Use your clinical judgment to guide treatment and return-to-work plans
• Make in-person visits and maintain ongoing communication
  
  

What You Need

• Active California RN license
• Ability to work full time during normal business hours
• Strong communication skills and comfort working independently
• Proactive mindset, trainable yet autonomous
• Energetic, ethical, and organized
  
  

No prior workers’ compensation or case management experience required — we provide training!
