Job Description:

Job Title: OR Nurse Manager / Charge Nurse / Nurse Supervisor

Location: Lawrence, MA

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (11/25/2025 – 02/21/2026)

Shift: 10-Hour Days | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Gross Pay: $3,759/week

Pay Breakdown:

• Taxable: $56/hr (W2)
• Stipend: $1,519/week (for housing & meals)

Specialty: Operating Room / Perioperative Services

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of recent perioperative and surgical management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple surgical specialties including:
• Ortho Trauma and Total Joints (Hip, Knee, Shoulder)
• Vascular, GYN, General, Colorectal, ENT, Urology, Bariatrics, Spine, and Trauma
• Thoracic experience preferred but not required
• Previous management or charge nurse experience in the OR

Certifications Required:

• Active RN License (MA or Compact)
• CNOR Certification
• BLS (AHA)
