What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing kind, skilled, and compassionate care to clients in a group home or Adult Day Services setting or to clients in their own homes.
• Building lasting relationships with patients and families through continuity of care.
• Collaborating with a caring team that feels more like family.
• Promoting safety, comfort, and a positive environment every shift, every client, every day.
• Supporting patients’ independence and quality of life through consistent, personalized nursing care.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Multistate or Wyoming RN or LPN license (required).
• Previous experience in long-term care or home health a plus but not mandatory. We love and welcome all nurses with previous experience and without.
• A team player with strong communication and assessment skills.
• A compassionate, dependable caregiver with a warm heart and good sense of humor.
