About the Role

On-Site Medical Care is seeking a highly experienced RN or LPN to independently operate our employer-based Direct Primary Care (DPC) micro-clinic located inside a warehouse facility in Louisville, KY.

This is not an entry-level clinic position. We are looking for a nurse with strong clinical judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to deliver relationship-centered care in a calm, structured, consistent environment.

The supervising provider is available through phone, text, and video, and visits the clinic quarterly. You will be the primary clinical presence onsite, so confidence and experience in autonomous practice is essential.

What This Role Requires (Non-Negotiable)

To be considered, candidates must have:

• 8–10+ years of hands-on clinical nursing experience
• Recent experience in primary care, family medicine, occupational health, or urgent care
• Strong competency in phlebotomy, injections, and basic in-office procedures
• Comfort running a clinic independently with remote provider support
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• A steady, reliable, relationship-focused approach to patient care
• Completion of a DISC assessment during the hiring process

Key Responsibilities

You will independently manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the onsite DPC micro-clinic, including:

• Conducting vitals, assessments, phlebotomy, injections, and medication administration
• Managing patient flow, scheduling, and documentation in collaboration with the remote provider
• Providing chronic care support, wellness coaching, and patient education
• Supporting employees and their family members in a relationship-based care model
• Maintaining a highly organized, welcoming, and professional clinic environment
• Representing On-Site Medical Care with reliability, integrity, and compassion

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-Time: 2–3 days/week
• Schedule must remain consistent weekly for patient continuity
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Calm, organized, low-volume onsite clinic inside an employer facility
