Role Overview

We are seeking caring and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one patient care as well as pediatric home care throughout Miami-Dade County & Key Largo. This per diem role offers flexibility and purpose — providing essential nursing care, administering treatments, managing chronic conditions, and supporting families through every step of the patients recovery. You’ll work closely with our agency’s Director of Nursing (DON), therapists, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients at home.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and accurately document progress.
• Educate and support family members to promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain continuity and quality.
• Follow safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• 1 years of pediatric or home healthcare experience preferred
• BLS Certification
• Certified Pediatric Nurse (PNCB)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Reliable transportation within Miami-Dade & Monroe County
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
