Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administer medications, perform assessments, wound care, and ensure accurate documentation

• Monitor resident conditions and notify the physician of any changes

• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to maintain excellent care standards

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of Ohio

• Nursing degree from an accredited program or college

• Current CPR certification

• Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred

Key Skills:

• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory standards in long-term care

• Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff

• Ability to lead, prioritize, and manage tasks efficiently
