Telehealth UAS RN Assessor (Independent Contractor)

24/7 Homecare is seeking experienced New York Licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform UAS-NY assessments remotely through telehealth throughout New York.

This is a fully remote independent contractor opportunity ideal for nurses with MLTC, home care, or UAS assessment experience who are looking for flexibility and consistent case volume.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UAS-NY assessments remotely via telehealth
• Complete accurate documentation within required timeframes
• Review medical history, medications, and functional status
• Coordinate with care teams and health plans as needed
• Maintain compliance with NYS DOH guidelines and HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Active New York State RN license
• UAS-NY experience preferred
• Active HCS/UAS access preferred
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable internet connection and computer access
• Professional liability insurance preferred
