Shift Details

• Days: 7A 7P, Nights: 7P 7A

• 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio

• Weekend coverage included

• Night shift differential: $4.25/hr, Weekend differential: $3/hr

Your Role

• Provide care for adult patients in a 45-bed Renal Vascular unit

• Collect and analyze patient data to determine individualized care plans

• Advocate for patient safety and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments

• Maintain documentation and ensure effective use of time, supplies, and equipment
