About the Role:

As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising a team of licensed nurses to ensure that patients receive individualized, high-quality care that meets their unique needs and goals

• Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitoring patient outcomes and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal care

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
