The RN Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care. This position is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Supervise and support nursing staff in providing exceptional resident care

Coordinate daily clinical operations, staffing, and assignments

Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing team members

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care planning

Monitor resident outcomes and implement improvements when needed

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

Assist with staff coaching, performance management, and development

Respond promptly to resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy

Promote a positive and supportive team environment focused on quality care and patient safety

Current and active RN license
-
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience- preferable in a direct care setting

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Current BLS certification

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience

Experience with EHR systems

Leadership certifications such as CNML
