Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry
Location: Chandler, AZ
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Schedule: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week (12x3)
Pay Range: $55 to $61 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week night shift contract assignment in Chandler, AZ. The Tele RN will provide high-quality care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring while collaborating closely with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to telemetry and step-down patients
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and cardiac alarms
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, ICU teams, and ancillary staff
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and infection control standards

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact/multistate license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry or Stepdown experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
