What You’ll Do

• Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure highquality, outcomesfocused care

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that support patientcentered care

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families to understand and meet their needs

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

• Monitor and drive quality outcomes to meet and exceed care standards

What You Bring

• Valid RN license in Florida

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

• Long-term care experience (preferred)

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Basic computer proficiency
