RNC-OB and CNOR Subject Matter Experts (SME)

Job Summary

We are seeking RNC-OB and CNOR Subject Matter Experts to join our team for a project. The project includes creating two 100-question quizzes with rationales for either the RNC-OB or CNOR certification exam. The pay for the project is $1,000 per quiz with the expectation that both quizzes are completed and returned to us within a month, for a total project payment of $2,000.

Purpose

Authoring RNC-OB or CNOR certification quizzes that help nurses prepare to sit for their certification exam.

The ideal candidate will be a nurse who:

1. Is a clinical subject matter expert in either the Perinatal or Perioperative nursing specialty,

2. Holds either the RNC-OB or CNOR specialty certification, and

3. Is experienced in creating written practice questions/quizzes.

The Subject Matter Expert will use their expertise to provide services including:

• Creating two 100-question multiple choice quizzes with rationales to help prepare nurses to sit for one of the above-mentioned certification exams.
• Developing each quiz so that all areas included on the RNC-OB or CNOR certification exam are covered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing or education required.
• Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in the Perinatal or Perioperative nursing specialty.
• Proven experience writing questions for nursing exams.
