Join our dynamic healthcare team as an RN/CNA/HHA, where your compassionate care and clinical expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.   • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations to evaluate health status accurately.
  • Administer medications and injections following strict protocols, including IV infusions and injections administration.
  • Assist with complex procedures such as catheterization, suturing, tube feeding, and ostomy care while maintaining aseptic technique.
  • Manage patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, including case management and discharge planning.
  • Document all patient interactions thoroughly using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or Cerner; ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide specialized care for diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, neonatal patients, and individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia.
  • Respond effectively in urgent situations such as trauma cases at Level I or Level II trauma centers or during emergency room triage.
  • Support infection control practices and laboratory procedures such as specimen collection/processing and phlebotomy.
  • Participate in patient education on health coaching, medication management, pain control strategies, and post-acute care instructions.

Qualifications

  • Valid RN license or CNA/HHA certification with current state registration; prior experience in hospital medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or critical care is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner; familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) is a plus.
  • Experience working in diverse healthcare settings including medical-surgical units, outpatient clinics, hospice & palliative medicine programs, or home & community care environments.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to perform technical skills such as ventilator management, sonography support, sterile processing procedures, and advanced life support techniques like basic life support (BLS).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining HIPAA standards and ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts across inpatient units or outpatient clinics; travel nursing experience is advantageous but not required.
