The RNG Operations Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day leadership of the local CDL driver team, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of dispatched assignments. This role coaches and evaluates driver performance, supports DOT/OSHA compliance, and partners with management and HR on hiring, onboarding, training, and corrective action when needed. Drivers deliver an empty trailer, pick up a loaded CNG trailer, and transport it to the delivery site for unloading per customer/site procedures. In all interactions at customer and partner sites, drivers and supervisors represent REV LNG, LLC and are expected to maintain professional conduct, effective communication, and strict adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
