We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an RN or LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting in the coordination of healthcare services. Duties:
- Assess patients' health status and document findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficient in performing basic life support techniques
- Ability to accurately assess vital signs and recognize abnormal findings
- Experience administering injections and medications
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems

Requirements:

- Valid RN or LPN license in Missouri
- CPR certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
