Responsibilities

• Provide expert supervision and coordination of nursing staff during your shift, ensuring adherence to all clinical standards and protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, including injections, IV infusions, and medication management aligned with physician orders and patient needs.
• Support staff development through coaching on best practices in infection control, aseptic technique, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and other clinical procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license with current state certification; prior experience in long-term care is highly desirable.
