Key Responsibilities:

• Assess new residents upon admission and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to care staff
• Process physician orders and ensure timely implementation
• Anticipate resident needs and coordinate appropriate interventions
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Evaluate residents’ health status and treatment effectiveness
• Oversee and manage all aspects of medication administration

Qualifications:

• Previous Assisted Living or nursing home experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
