What You’ll Do

• Ensure the health and safety of our clients with top-tier nursing care
• Perform direct treatments and procedures with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate medical records and care plans
• Monitor medication administration and physician orders
• Collaborate with clients, families, and our team to deliver personalized care
• Stay compliant with DHS and MN Department of Health guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Minnesota RN/LPN license and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A heart for caregiving and a sense of humor (we love a good laugh!)
