Full time equivalent, part time and per diem nursing positions are immediately available in a variety of capacities:

RN Clinical Manager/Clinical Supervisor
RN Case Manager for intermittent patient visits
RN for Home Health start of care visits
RN WOCN or Wound Care Specialist
LVN for follow up intermittent patient visits
LVN for After Hours Coverage

CareCHOICES serves the greater Orange County area, including Long Beach and south LA County areas, for patients desiring home health services.

Must have 1 year minimum recent nursing experience…home health, acute care, hospice or palliative care. CareCHOICES will teach you the rest through an extensive orientation and education process.
