About the Role:
As a Faith Healthcare RN, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your primary focus will be performing comprehensive OASIS assessments, including Start of Care, Recertifications, Resumptions of Care, and Discharges. Your expertise ensures that patients receive the highest quality care while helping guide their health journeys.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida

• 1+ year of home health experience preferred

• Strong OASIS documentation skills (Start of Care, ROC, Recert, DC)

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Passionate about patient care and making a difference
