Road Design Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Road Design Engineer to join our Town Planning team at Capital Smart City. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in road design, contour mapping, and coordination with site engineering teams. The candidate should be capable of managing design activities efficiently while ensuring compliance with project standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design road layouts using contour maps and topographical data.
• Coordinate closely with site engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in implementing and updating engineering strategies and company policies.
• Support budget planning and monitor project-related fiscal requirements.
• Review drawings, alignments, and technical specifications for road infrastructure projects.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective planning and execution of development works.

Requirements

• DAE Civil / BSc Civil Engineering.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in road design and civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of contour mapping, road alignment, and infrastructure planning.
• Ability to coordinate with on-site engineering and construction teams.
• Proficiency in engineering and drafting software will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
