Road Engineer(Civil)

Job Title: Road / Civil Works Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Road / Civil Works Engineer to manage and oversee road and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in construction management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise road and civil works projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and material submissions
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to management
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management of road and civil works projects
• Strong knowledge of road construction methodologies, civil works, and industry standards
• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project activities
• Proficient in project planning, reporting, and site supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼24,000.00 per month
