Road Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise day-to-day construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, labor, and subcontractors to ensure smooth work execution.
• Verify layout, levels, alignment, and quality of ongoing work including earthwork, concreting, bituminous, and structural activities.
• Maintain daily work progress records and submit site reports to the site incharge or HO.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed at the site.
• Monitor manpower, material, and machinery utilization and report shortages or delays.
• Support quantity measurements and verification for subcontractor billing.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and communicating site constraints to the planning or billing team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 3–5 years in site execution (preferably road and bridge projects).
• Technical Skills: Understanding of drawings, levels, construction methodology.
• Tools: AutoCAD (basic), MS Excel, field measuring tools.
• Traits: Site coordination, problem-solving, timely reporting, team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
