Job Title: Road Transportation Specialist – International Freight

Salary : Upto AED 5k - 6k

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing international freight brokerage based in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Road Transportation Specialist to manage and expand international road freight operations across the Middle East and key international corridors. This role requires strong operational knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and daily coordination with drivers and transport companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international road transportation operations across the Middle East and cross-border routes
• Communicate daily with drivers and transport partners , primarily in Hindi
• Prepare, negotiate, and write freight offers and quotations accurately and competitively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with direct transport companies and driver networks
• Identify and onboard reliable road transport partners and fleets
• Coordinate shipment execution, routing, documentation, and delivery timelines
• Ensure technical accuracy in transport planning, pricing, and execution
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in international road transportation / road freight
• Strong knowledge of Middle East road transport networks and regulations
• Fluent Hindi speaker (mandatory)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to prepare freight offers and rate quotations
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Technically sound with solid operational and pricing knowledge
• Hands-on experience working directly with drivers and transport companies
• Manage and grow a portfolio of road transport partners, drivers, and direct transport companies
• Arrange and coordinate international road transportation end-to-end, including truck sourcing, route planning, and scheduling
• Maintain an active carrier and driver portfolio with competitive rates and reliable capacity
• Ensure smooth execution of shipments from booking to final delivery
• Should have Client Portfolio
