JASARA PMC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Roads & Transport Senior Manager who is a Saudi National to join our team. As the Roads & Transport Senior Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing transportation and road infrastructure projects on a key Riyadh based project. You will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and technical expertise in the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of road networks and transportation systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for civil engineering and a track record of success in managing complex transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of road infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in road design, traffic management, and transportation planning
• Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in road construction and transportation management
• Saudi Nationality is a must
• Strong knowledge of road design principles, transportation planning, and traffic management
• Previous experience in managing large-scale transportation projects
• In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabian road construction regulations and standards
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage and lead a diverse team
• PMP certification is a plus
