Roadside Assistance Technician

• Respond promptly to customer breakdown calls and provide on-site vehicle assistance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot minor mechanical, electrical, and tire-related issues on-site.
• Perform jump-starts, battery replacements, tire changes, and quick repairs as required.
• Coordinate with the towing or recovery team for vehicles that require workshop repair.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and professional handling of vehicles during roadside service.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding the issue, solution, and estimated repair time.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy when assisting customers in stressful situations.
• Record and submit accurate service and incident reports for each roadside call.
• Inspect and maintain the service vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety standards and operational procedures for all roadside activities.
• Coordinate closely with the service center and dispatch team for job tracking and updates.
• Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with Liberty Car Care’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Automotive, Mechanical, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, roadside assistance, or automotive repair.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions in roadside environments.
• Valid UAE driving license (manual preferred).
• Fluency in English required; Arabic an advantage.
