Roadside Field Technician & Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Roadside Field Technician & Dispatch Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview If you have a reliable vehicle and a smartphone, you have the foundation for a high-volume independent contracting career in mobile roadside services. We are immediately expanding our provider network in Charlotte and surrounding areas, including Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Union County.

Whether you are a newcomer looking to perform basic roadside assistance or an experienced technician looking to increase your volume, we have the dispatch flow to keep you active.

Your Role Options:

• Field Operations: Travel to service locations to provide hands-on assistance.
• Dispatch Operations: Manage incoming service requests and coordinate provider assignments (ideal for those with strong logistical/communication skills).

What You’ll Do (Field):

• Standard Services: Jump starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery (entry-level support provided).
• Specialized Services: Vehicle lockouts and advanced equipment handling (high-earning opportunities for experienced techs).
• Logistics: Accept jobs through our mobile interface that align with your location and current capacity.
