Positions Available:
- Litter Control Vac Truck Driver/Laborer (overnight shift)

What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, safety-minded team players with a strong work ethic. Experience in commercial construction, paving, landscaping, or related trades is a plus. We are willing to train the right candidates.

Weekend and holiday work is required based on business needs (balanced with team scheduling and advance notice whenever possible).

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, demonstrated skill level, reliability, and professionalism. Starting rates vary by position and individual qualifications. Most candidates will enter at an entry or intermediate level and progress as they demonstrate proficiency in MAL’s training methods, safety standards, documentation requirements, communication protocols, and professional conduct.

Minimum Requirements (Required Prior to Hire Consideration):

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical, active outdoor work, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid OSHA 10 Construction certification required
• Valid DOT Medical Certificate required for applicable field and safety-sensitive positions
• Ability to successfully pass a CORI/background check
• Commitment to a drug and alcohol-free workplace
