Robot Operator

At Skild AI, we are building the world's first general purpose robotic intelligence that is robust and adapts to unseen scenarios without failing. Our team consists of individuals with varying levels of experience and backgrounds, from new graduates to domain experts. Relevant industry experience is important, but ultimately less so than your demonstrated abilities and attitude. Data collection is a critical component of building robotic intelligence, and we're looking for operators who have a high degree of attention to detail, ability to learn and follow instructions for new setups and tasks quickly, and a problem-solving attitude.

• Operate robotic systems for assigned tasks (e.g., packing, insertion, assembly, etc.).
• Follow established procedures for teleoperation and data collection.
• Maintain efficiency, safety, and instructional accuracy in robotic operations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to optimize workflow.
• Adhere to company policies regarding workplace conduct and performance standards.

• Physical ability to remain seated for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions
• Baseline technical literacy

• This role requires you to be available for a minimum of 3 8-hour shifts per week.
• You will be expected to meet a bar of performance on both the quality and quantity of the data you collect. 

Base Salary Range: $25 USD - $30 USD
