Perform initial fixture set-ups and corresponding modifications as prescribed by Engineering, Quality, and
Customer

Perform initial set-up and welding adjustments on automatic and manual welding equipment

Develop and maintain documents concerning all welding process controls

Implement, document and maintain history of all necessary robotic program changes, PLC interface(s), with
robot(s), and fixtures(s)

Maintain knowledge on past process parameters, process changes, and corresponding materials to
provide technical expertise for all areas needed

Assist in all corrective actions and new implementations of Continuous Improvement activities, Kaizen, and
Cycle time reduction

Must be available to work Overtime & weekends scheduled by Engineering Asst. Mgr, Engineering Mgr.
