Position Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to operate and support our robotic welding cell. This role is responsible for loading parts, monitoring weld quality, and ensuring efficient production in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining consistent quality standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts into robotic welding fixtures
- Operate robotic welding equipment according to established procedures
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Track production counts and report any defects or downtime
- Assist with basic maintenance and changeovers as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Willingness to learn robotic welding processes
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous manufacturing or welding experience
- Experience operating robotic or automated equipment
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
