Robotic Weld Operator

Position Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to operate and support our robotic welding cell. This role is responsible for loading parts, monitoring weld quality, and ensuring efficient production in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts into robotic welding fixtures
• Operate robotic welding equipment according to established procedures
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and consistency
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Track production counts and report any defects or downtime
• Assist with basic maintenance and changeovers as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Willingness to learn robotic welding processes

Preferred (but not required)

• Previous manufacturing or welding experience
• Experience operating robotic or automated equipment

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
