As a Robotic Welder, you will operate CNC robotic welding equipment in a metal fabrication environment, producing high‑quality welded components that meet production and quality standards. This 1st‑shift welding position is ideal for candidates interested in robotic welding, CNC operations, and production welding in a stable manufacturing setting.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC robotic welding machines and robotic welding cells
• Perform production welding using automated welding processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Inspect welded parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Perform light finishing work such as grinding and sanding

What We’re Looking For

• Experience or ability in robotic welding or welding operator roles
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Basic shop math skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, safety‑focused manufacturing welder or fabrication shop team member
• Willingness to support multiple areas of metal fabrication as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:
