Robotics Engineer- Freshers

Job Titles:

Special Purpose Machine Installation Engineer, Special Purpose Machine Field Service Engineer, Special Purpose Machine Commissioning Engineer, and Special Purpose Machine Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

· Setting up the machine at the client's site, including any specialized equipment.

· Assembling mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of the machine.

· Ensuring the machine is properly installed and connected to the required utilities (power, compressed air, etc.)

· Conducting initial functional tests, assisting in machine trials and debugging.

· Putting the machine into operation and ensuring it functions according to specifications.

· Providing training to client personnel on machine operation and maintenance.

· Ensuring all installation and commissioning activities are conducted safely, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.

· Maintaining accurate records of the installation process, including any modifications or adjustments made to the machine.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

· Ability to diagnose and resolve issues that may arise during installation and commissioning.

· Ability to communicate effectively with client personnel and team members.

· Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

· Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.

· Preferably a degree or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.

· Experience with special purpose machine installation and commissioning is highly desirable.
