Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and passionate STEM Instructors cum Robotics Trainers who can mentor students and bring their ideas to life through practical projects and prototypes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a maker mindset, and the ability to inspire innovation through experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities

•_ Deliver engaging STEM and Robotics training sessions_

•_ Convert students’ concepts and ideas into working models and real-world projects_

•_ Design, build, and execute robotics and embedded system projects_

•_ Mentor students in problem-solving, innovation, and hands-on learning_

•_ Implement project-based and experiential teaching methodologies_

•_ Maintain and manage lab tools, equipment, and learning resources_

•_ Support students in competitions, exhibitions, and innovation showcase_

Technical Skills & Experience

•_ Minimum 3 years of experience in STEM / Robotics training_

•_ Strong hands-on knowledge in:_

•_ 3D Modelling & 3D Printing_

•_ Arduino Programming_

•_ Raspberry Pi_

•_ Python Programming_

•_ Embedded Systems_

•_ Robot Design and Execution_

•_ Ability to integrate hardware and software into functional solutions_

Communication & Language Skills

•_ Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)_

•_ Arabic language skills – preferred_

•_ Passionate about teaching, innovation, and mentoring students_

•_ Strong project execution and problem-solving mindset_

•_ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team_

•_ Prior experience in innovation labs, schools, training centers, or maker spaces is an advantage_

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
