Roku Technical lead

In New Jersey and willing to work 3 days hybrid.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining Roku applications.
• Strong proficiency in BrightScript, SceneGraph, and Roku SDK.
• Prior experience with video middleware, integrating third-party streaming services, and handling DRM-protected content.
• Experience with HLS/DASH streaming and adaptive bitrate video playback.
• Knowledge of in-app purchasing and subscription workflows for Roku applications.
• Comfortable working with Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
• Experience writing unit tests and ensuring high code quality.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization for Roku applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
