PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST


• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or related roles

• Good knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail in handling bookings and guest information

• Ability to prepare and maintain reservation records and reports

• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal departments

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email systems)

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
